Every time I hear such a voice, I

LP (Landing Page) is an offensive strategy.
The homepage is a defense.

I used to be like that too.
"Isn't an LP that directly impacts sales more important?"
There was a time when I thought that.

But as I listened to their concerns and worked on production and direction,
"After all, a secure homepage is crucial!"
I've come to believe it.

Should I create an LP or a website?

The conclusion is that both are important.

The reason is that,
An LP is an "aggressive page."
Because the homepage is the "foundation of defense."

When you want to significantly boost sales and revenue,
LP can be a very powerful weapon.

And what underpins the reliability of that LP is
"A website where thoughts and information are neatly organized," right?

Just as soccer wouldn't be a game without offense and defense, the same applies to web marketing.

A place where you can safely and clearly store your thoughts and information forms the foundation.

The homepage is,

• A place where you can properly organize and convey your information
• A place where you can calmly build upon your thoughts and convictions
• A place that supports your “front-facing activities” like SNS and landing pages behind the scenes

In other words,
A place you can always return to, your own base,
It's the place where users can check one last time and feel reassured.

When people see the landing page during sales or campaigns,
When you wonder, "What kind of person (company) is this?"
Whether they'll be convinced after seeing the homepage.

Whether the foundation is in place here,
A sense of security, the way you're chosen, and the efficiency of your activities,
It will change significantly.

What similarities exist between tidying up your home and managing a website?

家って、片付いていなくても生活はできます。

だけど片付いていない家では、

• 探し物がすぐ見つからない
• 同じものをまた買ってしまう
• なんとなく気持ちが落ち着かない

そんなふうに、
知らないうちに「時間」と「お金」と「エネルギー」の
小さな無駄が積み重なっていきます。

ホームページも同じ。
なくても活動はできますが、

• お客様が知りたい情報にたどり着きにくい
• 信頼してもらうまでに時間がかかる
• 発信や営業のたびに、毎回説明が必要になる

こういう目に見えにくいロスが
着実に積み重なっていくんですよね

「ホームページっていらなくない？」という声を聞くたびに、昔わたしが
「他人の家の片付けをする仕事って需要ある？自分でやれば良くない？」
と言われたことを思い出します。

確かに、どちらも直接お金を生むものではありません。

でも、日々の効率を上げて、複合的に長期的に収益を上げていくための「土台」になる。
